1. Bookings and Payments
Bookings are confirmed only after full payment or a deposit has been received, depending on the specific conditions of each property.
Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or another agreed-upon method.

2. Cancellation Policy

Standard Rate: Cancellations are free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date. In case of cancellation after this period, the full amount of the stay will be charged. Reservation changes can be made free of charge up to 14 days before arrival, subject to availability. After this deadline, changes are not allowed.

Non-Refundable Rate: Full payment is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable in case of cancellation, modification, or no-show. No refunds will be issued, and the full amount of the stay will be retained.

3. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in is available from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM. If you plan to arrive between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, please inform us in advance; a €30 surcharge applies.
For arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM, the surcharge is €50.
For late arrivals, prior communication with our team is required to agree on alternative arrangements.
Check-out must be completed by 10:30 AM.

4. City Tax
In accordance with the regulations of the Municipality of Ravello, guests are required to pay a City Tax.
For Tourist Rental Accommodations, the tax amounts to €3.00 per person, per night, for up to 10 consecutive nights.
Payment must be made on-site at check-in.
Children under the age of 10 and other categories specified by current regulations are exempt.

5. Security Deposit
A security deposit may be required at check-in to cover any potential damages to the property.
This deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay, subject to inspection of the apartment's condition.

6. Changes and Cancellations
Any changes to the booking, including changes in stay dates, are subject to availability and may result in a price adjustment.
If you need to cancel or modify your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

7. Liability
Guests are responsible for the care of the property and for complying with the house rules.
We are not liable for any damage to persons or property occurring during the stay.

8. Governing Law
The terms of sale are governed by Italian law, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts.
